LA PAMPA Parties are A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE, providing options for local grass-fed beef, lamb, pork, chicken and vegetables grilled ON-SITE, OVER A TRADITIONAL WOOD FIRE. Or, we can offer our On the Street menu, including Empanadas Argentinas, Choripan Argentine Subs, Flank Steak and more, serving buffet style or directly from our food trailer window.

Our fully equipped kitchen and grill is mobile—let us bring the event to you!
Being mobile provides us with flexibility and ease to adapt to most locations. We have an extra silent generator for low impact in the neighborhood. We’ve grilled in back yards, private parks, pavilions, farm fields, parking lots, and on the grounds of bed and breakfasts, chapels and more.
