Our new trailer is now on the street! We’ve installed the verdaderamente Argentine grill from Grillworks, the soul of La Pampa on the new porch. You’ll only be able to hear the crackling of the fire because our Honda 7000 generator is ultra-quiet and won’t bother your neighbors—you can dream up your own party with La Pampa grilling at home. With the trailer’s indoor kitchen, keep an eye out for our specials at breweries, and new Empanadas Argentinas on the menu. Of course, our Choripan Argentine Sub and Wood-fired steak will always follow us to festivals.

We’re grateful for all of the support in making this a reality.
